Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: 1. **Notification Period:** We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To cancel any service, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment. 2. **Refund Eligibility:** If you cancel within the stipulated notification period, you will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be partially refunded. 3. **Rescheduling:** Clients have the option to reschedule appointments within the same notification period without incurring any additional charges. However, if rescheduling within 24hrs of scheduled appt, only 2 reschedules allowed. 4. **Missed Appointments:** Failure to provide advance notice or being unavailable at the scheduled time will be considered a no-show.
